When you register for LoopTag, we collect your name and email address. When you create profiles for your children, we collect their names, school year, and school name to help facilitate the return of lost items.

How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the LoopTag service. Specifically, when an item is scanned, we use your email address to send you a notification. The finder of the item never sees your personal contact information.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your account password is encrypted, and we do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

QR Code Scans

When a LoopTag QR code is scanned, the finder is only shown the child's name (or initials, depending on your settings) and the school name to help them return the item to the correct location. Your email address and phone number are kept completely private.
